- What are your biggest strengths?
- In what area would you consider yourself an expert?
- What are your most important achievements?
- In which fields do you have the most useful contacts?
- What are the most valuable professional lessons you have learned?
Where the company stands: If you are to consider moving on to a different field of activity, is the company prepared to handle your absence? How can it carry on doing what you did?
- Are there procedures in place for handing down knowledge?
- Have you identified any potential successors from the colleagues who already work with you?
- Will you be available to offer assistance if necessary?
- How do you see the future of your current position?
The future: Knowing what impacts you have created so far, where do you see the next step? What do you want all your experience and skills to result in?
- Who is this impact for? Yourself? Your company? The wider society?
- How can this impact look like? Is it a new product? A service? Or something entirely different?
- How can you achieve that impact? In your company? By changing positions? By changing your field if activity?
