The partners of the Silver Age Silver Sage Initiative had a successful meeting in beautiful Vienna in April.
The main focus was on further developing the concepts both on the SASSI community and the SASSI training. 
The SASSI community will give all interested trainers and learners the opportunty to share their ideas and good practice examples on how to provide age-sensitive training courses for mature learners.
The SASSI training will adddress trainers and HR managers that provide training for mature learners. The training will consist of a preliminary phase, a five-day training (26.-30.09.2016) and a subsequent practice phase.
The meeting was generously hosted by die Berater – who even managed to arrange good weather for our stay – and a spectacular thunderstorm!!
