All together 40 people met in Alden Biesen, Belgium for the first PROVIDE course on competence based learning.
The course aimed at enabling educationalists to plan and realise a learning trajectory focussi
ng on open competence oriented learning and teaching. The participants were trained to be a facilitator of professional development among vocational/adult learning teachers, and for validating the outcomes of it by means of the LEVEL5 system. All participants (either individually or in small groups) planned a learning project along a pre-defined structure that will be further elaborated back home. The PROVIDE team will support the development and the practice phase and will offer a series of webinars as helpdesk and exchange forum.
