The consortium will start to develop a training package for educators with the aim to increase their competences to foster social dialogue and inclusion in schools. The training package consists of a wide range of open educational resources (OER) as well as so-called Dialogue Blocks dedicated to the following topics:
- introduction to open dialogue
- discrimination, segregation and racism
- bullying and cyberbullying
- radicalisation
- fake news
- experiences gained during the piloting phase
All the resources will be provided on the eDialogue Online Platform.
