At BUPNET, we are committed to fostering sustainable development and youth entrepreneurship. As part of our SYnC project, we recently held two co-design workshops to gather valuable insights and ideas for our online course, particularly focusing on the training module: Business Ideation.
We invited a diverse group of internal and external trainers, educators, sustainability experts, and youth workers to participate in these workshops. The participants were selected based on their extensive experience in training and youth work related to entrepreneurship, circular economy, and sustainability, as well as their expertise in developing blended and e-learning courses.
The co-design workshops were facilitated by two members of the SYnC project team and proved to be very productive. The open discussions and brainstorming activities provided a wealth of ideas and insights that will be instrumental in shaping the training course. The collaborative approach ensured that the module would be relevant, engaging, and tailored to the needs of young entrepreneurs interested in the circular economy.
These workshops highlighted the importance of involving diverse perspectives in the design process and demonstrated the value of combining online and face-to-face collaboration methods. We look forward to incorporating the feedback and ideas from these sessions into our online course and continuing to support the development of innovative, sustainable business ideas among young people.
Stay tuned for more updates on the progress of the SYnC project and the upcoming launch of our online course!
