Best Practice 2

Here is a best practice we managed to identify during our piloting activities:

It consists of the ability to immediately put into practical application what has been learned at the kindergarten. The ability to relate the new knowledge to real life experience gives the children the opportunity to develop practical skills and adopt a mindset focused on not wasting resources. An example of this approach is a sequence on waste separation and recycling. From the very first moment, the children were excited by the colourful, interactive graphics and games. Their faces showed astonishment as they learnt which materials belong in which bins. Their joy and pride when they understood the concept and were able to apply it successfully was greatly rewarding for the teacher. The children were able to repeat the process at home and impart to their partners their newfound valuable knowledge.

You’ll be able to learn about many other best practices in our upcoming Audiovisual implementation report.
