Tim Scholze

Background: PhD in Educational Science, Soils Scientist (M.Sc.agr), Project Management since 1993, 10 years University experience (admin, teaching and science),with blinc since 2005

Focus: Developing and management of European projects in innovative training and learning, circular economy, CSR, Sustainable and climate-sensitive development, digital literacy, culture, New ways of (informal) learning and validation, blended learning, learning technologies.
European strategic development.

Sabine Wiemann - Project manager & developer in national and European projects with expertise in sustainable development, media literacy, diversity, social, cultural and intercultural issues

Background: B.A. in international business communication, certified translator and interpreter for EN, FR and IT, project management since 1998.

Focus: Developing and managing European projects in innovative training and learning, circular economy, CSR, sustainable and climate-sensitive development, culture, combatting domestic violence
New ways of (informal) learning and validation
European strategic development.

Leena Ferogh - Manager of Intercultural Learning projects, financing specialist of our European Projects

Leena Ferogh

Background: PhD in educational sciences, since then also worked as an intercultural trainer in the social and health care sector and on many projects in this field (e.g. LISTEN, REST, PRACTICE, I-Care). Worked in many projects on educational and environmental issues at the University of Göttingen and the University of Kassel since 2005.

Focus: intercultural learning, youth and school education.

Sarah Wild - Project manager with a focus on informal learning projects in enterprises and capacity building projects in the field of regional development.

Sarah Wild

Background: Master degree in Business Psychology, Bachelor degree in Business Administration. 10 years experience in EU projects, 4 years project management.

Focus: Project management, development of trainings, specialised in HR development topics, integration and cultural topics and age sensitive learning and training.

David Pohl - Web-application-developer for websites, PWAs (Progressive Web Apps), themes / design and plugins for learning software and project websites, IT administration operations

Background: Information technology officer (focused on html, css, scss, javascript, typescript, PHP, react, react native, angular, ionic), since 2016 with BUPNET/Q21

Focus: Interface between IT development and content requirement queries. Create Themes, Design, Plugins for wordpress, mahara, moodle, moodle app. Development of Apps for IOS and Android.

Jens-Michael Lohse - Software developer (LEVEL5, Apps and Plugins for Moodle, Mahara and WordPress) and support, expertise in different European & national projects on data and digital literacy

Background: Studied Physics, worked as Software developer / Quality engineer in the lamp production.
With BUPNET/Q21 since 2012.

Focus: Developing Learning technologies, with special focus on the technical part (software development (Apps, LEVEL5 validation software, Plugins for Moodle, Mahara and WordPress).

Sebastian Schwäbe - Project Manager with focus on CSR and corporate sustainable development projects

Sebastian Schwäbe

Background: Certified Project Manager, B.A. Ancient cultures, Study of Business Information Systems, 5 years Teaching Experience (private school), one year of international experience, since 2018 in EU projects.

Focus: Project Manager in blended learning projects on CSR and sustainable development, counselling on validation and creation of LEVEL5 documentation.
Content development in mobile learning apps with different target groups (schools, higher education, companies).

Sara Wiemann - Design expert for websites, multimedia applications (photo, video, design) and layout

Focus: Creation and maintenance of digital projects
like websites, online and offline publications.

Bernhard Schäfer - Expert on circular economy projects with long- term experiences on municipal waste and waste-water technology management

Bernhard Schäfer

Background: Engineer with focus on waste management, waste water treatment. 35 years experience in conception and handling of innovative projects in the fields of bioenergy, sewage and waste on municipal level. Participation in various EU projects since 10 years.

Focus: Development of solutions on sustainable development, renewable energy, waste recycling, waste water and biomass, production and application of activated carbon from biomass.
