Also in the framework of the No Alternative Facts project we will make use of LEVEL5 – our validation system that has been developed and used in many different projects and learning settings to validate social, personal and organisational competence acquired in non-formal and informal learning. In the context of the project involved trainers will be able to assess and document the development of their competence in terms of promoting critical digital literacy among their learners and managing required changes.
For this purpose the project team developed a respective reference system that trainers can use to self-assess their competence level at the beginning and at the end of their training.
The participants of the training course undertook a first self-assessment during the course in Göttingen and will carry out a second self-assessment at the end of the pilot phase in which they will implement their newly acquired competence with their learners.
